Steve Quillinan (Form V) finished 2nd during the weekend of May 9-11 in the New York
State
PGA Junior Championship.

Girls Varsity Track & Field results

The Girls Varsity Track & Field Team had a meet at Maple Hill on May 6. Nora Lankhof '11 received 2nd place in the 400 meter and performed very well in the 800 meter. In addition, Lindsay Arthur ‘09 came in 2nd place in the 1,500 meter and Paige Fletcher '08 tied for 2nd place in the 100 meter.

Boys Varsity Track & Field results

The Boys Varsity Track & Field Team concluded its dual-meet season with wins over Cohoes and Schalmont to end up with a league record of 5-3-1. Captain Riker Wikoff (Form VI) leads the team as the #5 400 intermediate hurdler in New York State; his time of 55.22 in winning the Schenectady Invitational last week puts him within .12 seconds of the school record in the event.

The modified team is currently 5-1. The team defeated Lansingburgh in its first game by a score of 19-3; lost to a very good Schalmont team 12-8; and won its next three games against Cobleskill, Watervliet, and Cohoes
by a combined score of 56-2.

Pitching leaders are Ted Smallwood and Hunter MacArthy, followed by Ian Bennett, Darrien White, Ryan Butler and Jordan Newton.

Hitting leaders include Darrien White (.777),Ted Smallwood (684), John Moutopoulos (.642), and Jordan Newton (.611).
